TheHour.com: An owner of Hotel Zero Degrees on Tuesday evening [April 1] proposed using the Flock Process Dam to generate hydroelectricity rather than remove it from the Norwalk River.
Co-owner William W. Burnham gave members of the Common Council’s Public Works Committee 3 reasons not to remove and 1 reason to keep the roughly 150-year-old dam outside his hotel at 353 Main Ave.
