TheHour.com: Physical and possibly regulatory changes are coming to the Norwalk Visitor’s Docks at the David S. Dunavan Boating Center at Veterans Memorial Park in East Norwalk.
At present, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ contractor is dredging around the docks—the final phase of the Norwalk Harbor dredging project.
Meanwhile, a change-of-use request for the docks is pending before the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, according to Norwalk officials.
