Out-of-date zoning regulations are slowing the growth of Boston’s waterfront, according to a recent opinion piece in the Boston Globe.
The article states the Boston’s Marine Industrial Park is under-utilized because it is zoned almost exclusively for industrial use, which eliminates most of the businesses seeking to locate in the area.
