When a 28-foot sailboat beached itself Thursday near Fort Getty in Jamestown, Rhode Island, with its mainsail up and nobody onboard, it raised concerns someone had fallen overboard.
But, according to an article in the Providence Journal, the Jamestown harbormaster was able to locate the owner of the boat, who was safe.
