Patriot Ledger: With a $6 million restoration of the Broad Meadows marsh in its final stages, Quincy officials and the Army Corps of Engineers are beginning to negotiate how it will be maintained.

The parties are in early discussions for a 5-year maintenance agreement that would include establishing vegetation and controlling invasive grass at the 60-acre site on the Town River.
