Tom Richardson, Frank Sarra and Parker Kelley prior to launching the Boston Whaler.
The weather is really messing with our Wickford, Rhode Island, shoot (originally scheduled for late August), although yesterday we wound up launching the Boston Whaler 250 Outrage at the Wilson Park ramp on Mill Cove despite the windy, grey conditions.
Joining us was Frank Sarra, the winner of our Facebook “guest appearance” contest held earlier in the year. Frank is a Navy officer and lifelong boater, and was interested in seeing how the New England Boating TV show is produced. Well, he got a taste of it, including the challenges we face with the ever-changing weather here in New England!
Stay tuned for more of the Wickford shoot, which we’ll tackle over the next day or so.
New England Boating TV, sponsored by GMC and Boston Whaler and their network of New England dealers. The show airs Monday, at 7:00 p.m. on NESN.
