Sailing aboard the 32’ Marstrom, Bronco, Anthony Kotoun of Newport, Rhode Island, circumnavigated Conanicut Island in 1 hour, 13 minutes and 17 seconds, beating the previous record by 34 minutes, 7 seconds.
