New Haven Register: It will be cold, it will be wet, possibly a little windy and Scott Tucker can’t wait to get started. The founder of the video series Expedition New England will be paddling hard for a fundraiser with a goal of $25,000 to help the public-access show stay afloat.
The cold, wet and possibly windy part comes at 7:00 a.m. Saturday [March 8] when, as part of the fundraiser, Tucker, 50, will embark on a solo kayak mission to Falkner’s Island and Goose Island to film seals that are wintering there from the Gulf of Maine.
