Crewmembers from the Coast Guard Cutter Spencer leak-tested their survival suits in chilly Boston Harbor on November 18, 2015. As air and water temperatures drop throughout New England, the Spencer crew and others in the First Coast Guard District are preparing for the approaching winter.
