The proposed expansions would increase the number of yacht club slips from 65 to 75, and reduce the number of moorings from 57 to 41. The club wants to build a new gas dock as well.
The marina is seeking to expand its dock by 174’ to create 29 new slips and reduce its moorings by 15.
