Paddleboarders Heading to Isles of Shoals for Fundraiser

Four 3-person teams are planning to paddleboard to the Isles of Shoals and back on August 8 to raise money for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire.

Now in its second year, the Isles of Shoals Invitational is a 14-plus-mile, round-trip SUP expedition to the Isle of Shoals, approximately 6 miles off the coast of Maine and New Hampshire.

The teams plan to leave from Rye Harbor, paddle 6 miles to Gosport Harbor, take a 20-minute break then paddle back. Chase boats will be assigned to each team.
