Portsmouth, NH, Navy Base to Receive Upgrade Funds

The Portland Press Herald reports that the Navy is planning to invest $16 million in construction and modernization work at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard on Seavey Island. The work will be done on one of three docks used for submarine engineering overhauls.
