Post-Storm Sandbars Pose Threat to Merrimack Boaters
March 17, 2013
Newburyport News: As if the threat to housing on Plum Island isn’t enough, some residents and local officials have expressed concern about storm-driven buildup of sand between the jetties and the ocean.

He expressed concern that boats could have difficulty entering and exiting the harbor this spring.
