Raw Sewage Spills into Piscataqua River

Seacoast Online: Some 30,000 to 50,000 gallons of raw sewage spilled into the Pisactaqua River after a sewer force main break last week.

City Engineer Terry Desmarais estimated the amount of sewage that spilled into the river in a letter he sent to the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services on Thursday.
