Raymarine Rapid Care Promises Speedy Product Replacement

Raymarine has introduced its new Rapid Care Warranty Service program. Designed to get customers back on the water faster,
Rapid Care promises the fast return of a replacement product during the first year of the original product’s warranty. Under the new program, Raymarine says it will provide a replacement product within 2 business days of receiving the defective product at Raymarine’s repair facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire (excluding shipping time).
Rapid Care Warranty Service comes standard on all Raymarine multifunction displays, monitors, digital sounder modules, instruments, autopilots, VHF radios and thermal cameras.
Raymarine notes that it already backs its products with a standard 2-year limited warranty, and VHF radios with a 3-year limited warranty.
