Sandwich-Provincetown Cruises Denied by Army Corps

CapeNewsNet.com: A plan to offer round-trip boat excursions between Sandwich and Provincetown has run into opposition from federal regulators.
The US Army Corps of Engineers, which operates and maintains the federally owned Cape Cod Canal, has rejected a proposal from Captain John Boats of Plymouth to embark and disembark excursion passengers at the Sandwich bulkhead along the Canal.
