Scituate, MA, Assesses Seawall Damage Caused By Recent Storm

Boston.com: The snowstorm that buried eastern Massachusetts days after Christmas is long gone, but its aftereffects are still being felt in coastal Scituate.
A number of homes and streets remained flooded Wednesday and an 80-foot section of the town’s sea wall suffered extensive damage that may cost millions to repair. The waves that battered the wall during high tide on Monday morning tossed around 8-by-4-foot blocks of concrete like pebbles.
