See Bald Eagles on the Connecticut River

Looking for a way to get on the water this winter? Book a trip aboard the Enviro-Lab III for a bald eagle-viewing trip on the lower Connecticut River.

Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through March 15, the 65’ research vessel Enviro-Lab III will depart from the Connecticut River Museum in Essex for up-close views of winter wildlife, including seals, eagles and other birds of prey.

Educators from the Museum and Project Oceanology will provide narration while passengers can enjoy viewing from the heated cabin or outside deck area.

Cost: $40 per person; includes free admission to the Museum.
