Stamford, CT, Boatyard Dispute Continues

Greenwich Time: For months, the question raging among boaters and city officials has been whether and when developer Building and Land Technology would finally submit a plan to replace a 14-acre boatyard that was a critical zoning requirement of a sprawling mixed-use redevelopment project in the South End.

Now, with a project to build a headquarters for a major hedge fund hanging in the balance, the city and Harbor Point developer are fighting over what constitutes a valid boatyard plan.
