Stamford, CT, to Retain Working Boatyard

Stamford Advocate: After weeks of mounting pressure, the developer of Harbor Point announced at a public hearing Monday night it would build a working boatyard as part of its development in the South End.
“Harbor Point is committed to having a working boatyard for Stamford,” said John Freeman, a lawyer and spokesman for developer Building and Land Technology, before a packed crowd at Turn of River Middle School.
