The 1st Annual Endangered Species Festival will be taking place today at the Stonington Harbor Sailing Foundation.

Come get your face painted, practice the ancient Japanese art form of gyotaku (fish printing), play some games, and pick up a dessert at the bake sale.

The festival is being put on by the AM & PM 7-10-year-old Marine Biology class to raise awareness about endangered species.

Come down to the Foundation between 10:15-11:45 or 2:15-3:45 to learn a bit more about endangered species and have some fun.

All proceeds will go to a wildlife charity to be chosen by the kids.
