New England Boating host Parker Kelley visits the Waterfront Grille, a popular restaurant located right on the water in downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts.
The restaurant’s menu is 90 percent seafood, with much of it coming from boats docked just outside their doors. While visiting the restaurant, Parker Kelley gets a lesson from Waterfront Grille’s Chef Lisa on cooking seared scallops with orange ginger sauce and cilantro pesto.
New England Boating TV, sponsored by GMC and Boston Whaler and their network of New England dealers. The next episode, Nantucket airs this Tuesday, at 6:00 p.m. on NESN
