Wife of Missing Nantucket Boater Seeks Closure

CapeCodOnline: Nearly a year has passed since the bones of a human leg, with a sock and boot still clinging to the foot, were discovered on the beaches of Coatue along the island’s north shore.

Law enforcement authorities and island residents immediately suspected the remains belonged to Jon Hemingway, the island man who is believed to have drowned after falling from his boat on a return trip to Nantucket from Hyannis with his wife and two young children in March 2010. His body was never found.
