Winter Ocean Plunges Help Fight for Prevention

Seacoast Online: After losing 2 sons to drug overdoses, Chucky Rosa plunges into the ocean every day to fight for prevention — this New Year’s he’s asking the community to join in his fight.
The Plunge for Prevention, held in conjunction with the Portsmouth Rotary Club’s Polar Bear Swim on Saturday, Jan. 1 at Great Island Common in New Castle, will benefit Positive Pathways to Prevention, an organization that seeks to curb drug and alcohol use.
