2 Indicted in Murder of RI Boater

Providence Journal: Two Warwick [RI] men suspected in the murder last August of a 70-year-old man who lived on his boat were indicted by a statewide grand jury on Wednesday [Jan. 27], a news release from Atty. Gen. Peter F. Kilmartin said.
Troy Gunderway, 45, of 82 Church St., and Richard Baribault, 41, of 20 Messer St., were each charged with one count of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. Baribault was also charged with receiving stolen goods worth less than $1,500, driving on a suspended license and possession of a knife.
