4 Arrested After Stealing Boat From Cape Cod Marina

Cape Cod Times: Four people were arraigned on larceny charges Wednesday in Orleans District Court after they allegedly stole a boat worth an estimated $400,000 from Allen Harbor the night before and led police on a high-speed chase on Nantucket Sound.

Christopher Arms, 37, of Harwich; Lisa Shorey, 49, of Hyannis; Geoffrey Curran, 23, of Hyannis; and Jason Mostacci, 36, of Danvers, each pleaded not guilty to a charge of larceny of more than $1,200, court records show.

Harwich police responded at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday [July 31] to a report of a boat being stolen from a slip at Allen Harbor Marine Services, according to Sgt. Aram Goshgarian.
