Are Sharks the Future of Seafood?

All along the northeastern coast and scattered throughout the country, there is a burgeoning movement promoting the domestic consumption of certain shark species, and it’s growing in popularity, according to the website Muchies.tv.
Excluding the beleaguered and reviled shark fin industry, the spiny dogfish is generally the most popular shark meat out there. It’s smaller, ranging from three-to-five feet long, and is nowhere near as menacing as its belligerent great white uncle.
