Boaters Unhappy with New Tiverton, RI, Boat Ramp

A new boat ramp built beneath the Sakonnet River Bridge in Tiverton, Rhode Island, is drawing complaints from boaters who say the ramp is too narrow and poorly designed, according to an article on

Boaters are complaining the ramp is so narrow it will be hard to back down with a wide trailer. They also say the tight confines will make it hard for a boat to nose into.
