Boating Trade Group Sues EPA to Block E15 Gas

TradeOnlyToday.com is reporting that the National Marine Manufacturers Association and several other groups have filed suit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit challenging an Oct. 13 decision by the Environmental Protection Agency to partially approve E15 (15-percent ethanol content) gasoline for a subset of on-highway motor vehicles. E15 gas is more likely to absorb water than the current E10 gasoline, which has caused its share of problems among boaters.
