Camden Boaters Celebrate New Year with Harbor Row and Paddle

Knox-Village Soup: The Down East Chapter of the Traditional Small Craft Association celebrated the first day of the New Year with a row in Camden Harbor, Maine.

Fourteen boats, 26 people and 3 dogs enjoyed a tour of the harbor and a landing on Curtis Island in the balmy 40-plus-degree weather. All the boats were traditional designs and propelled by oars or paddles.
