Cape Cod Fishermen File Compliant Against Asst. Harbormaster

Cape Cod Online: A handful of commercial fishermen at MacMillan Pier in Provincetown, Massachusetts, want an assistant harbormaster fired because they say he abuses his power, but pier officials say the allegations lack merit.
The fishermen allege Luis Ribas, a Provincetown resident and fishing boat owner who has worked as the town’s one full-time assistant harbormaster since 2006, harasses fellow fishermen, enforces rules he doesn’t follow and has gained commercial benefits from his town job.
