Cape Cod Pond Polluted by Bird Droppings

Cape Cod Times: Eversource is trying to stop an Orleans Conservation Commission order that links the utility company’s electric power lines over Cedar Pond to environmental damage banned under the local wetlands bylaw.
The company filed a complaint for judicial review Dec. 14 in Orleans District Court that would overturn the commission’s order that the utility file a notice of intent for maintaining 810’ of power lines over the pond.
