CapeCodOnline reports on the failure of Cape Cod Fish Share, a company that used a model in which subscribers paid in advance for a weekly delivery of fresh-caught seafood.

Company owner David Henchy, of Brewster, began his business in 2011, but recently experienced financial difficulties, and now apparently owes customers some $12,000 and his seafood wholesaler $66,000.
