Find out about one community’s plans to reduce nitrogen pollution in Red Brook Harbor (Cataumet, Massachusetts), by more than 70%. The group Protect Red Brook Harbor is in the final stages for approval of an innovative wastewater-treatment facility, funded by the construction and sale of luxury town homes on the hilltop overlooking the Back Basin at Kingman Marine Center. This ambitious environmental initiative will help ensure the long-term health of Red Brook Harbor and Buzzards Bay in general.
