The dredging of Cohassett Harbor, MA, which was slated to begin last week, was delayed because of the recent heavy weather and high seas, according to the Patriot Ledger. Dredging is expected to begin once seas settle this week.

In the meantime, the harbor is closed to non-commercial traffic. Boat owners who wish to haul their boats should call the Cohasset harbormaster to arrange for removal of the barricade and opening of the boat ramp.
