CTPost.com: How much would you bet on the odds of survival for a man who attempts to cross the Atlantic Ocean in a rowboat?

Keep in mind a few factors: this is not an ordinary rowboat. It’s a 24’, 800-pound watercraft, built out of fiberglass, Kevlar and wood designed to remain buoyant even if it is split in half. It has a sealed, secure cabin the man can crawl into if the boat hits rough weather. It has an onboard desalinator to provide fresh water and a beacon if there is an emergency.
