Groton, CT, Subfest Canceled

The Day: The Naval Submarine Base has canceled Subfest, its annual community festival.
The event, in its 23rd year, was scheduled for June 28 to July 1.
The base said it lost its anticipated, concert headlining musical act and had difficulty contracting with a premier carnival company.
