Hyannis Harbor Dredging Resumes

Inquirer & Mirror: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to begin dredging the channel leading into Hyannis Harbor this week, Steamship Authority general manager Wayne Lamson said.
The dredging project, intended to remove silt that built up following Hurricane Sandy and subsequent storms last year that forced the SSA to cancel a number of car-ferry trips at extreme low tide because its vessels couldn’t navigate the channel, is expected to continue through December 5.
