Lobsterman’s Widow Sues Over Boat-Crash Death

Kennebec Journal: The widow of a Maine lobsterman is suing another lobsterman for a 2010 boat collision that killed her husband.

Frank Jordan, of Winter Harbor, died after his boat was struck by a lobster boat operated by 38-year-old Phil Torrey. The Bangor Daily News says the Coast Guard is also seeking a $30,000 civil penalty against Torrey for his role in the crash.
