Lyman Morse Seeks to Rebuild Camden Harbor Marina Facilities

Lyman-Morse is seeking a major redevelopment of its marina complex on Camden Harbor. The facility was damaged during a fire at the Rhumb Line restaurant this past June, forcing the company to conduct operations from trailers for the remainder of the 2020 season.

The proposed redevelopment would include an office, a second boatworks building, retail and additional office space for lease, a boaters’ lounge, a larger restaurant, and a distillery with bar. A new and wider boardwalk would improve public access to the waterfront. The damaged buildings would be demolished.

Thus far, the project has received support from many town residents and officials.
