Maine Restaurants to Feature Underutilized Species

Portland Press Herald: Acadian redfish is being featured at Maine restaurants and retailers for the next 10 days as part of an initiative to promote underutilized seafood species in the Gulf of Maine.
Sixteen restaurants from Ogunquit to Bar Harbor, a seafood market, Bowdoin College and L.L. Bean‘s employee dining service are taking part in the promotion, which begins Friday (May 10) and runs through May 19.
