Man Pushes for a USS Quincy in the Navy

Wensing has launched a lobbying campaign to enlist the support of Quincy, Massachusetts mayor Thomas Koch, members of the U.S. House and Senate and the ultimate decision-maker: the Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus.
