WPRI.com: Congressmen from Rhode Island and Connecticut have introduced legislation that aims to secure federal funding to preserve the Pawcatuck River and other streams in their states.
Rhode Island Rep. James Langevin and Connecticut Rep. Joe Courtney are co-sponsors of the Wood-Pawcatuck Protection Act.
