EdgeWater’s versatile new 262CX Crossover boasts a deep-V hull, duel-console layout, proprietary Single Piece Infusion (SPI) construction, high-grade components, outstanding seating, storage and amenities and the reliability of twin Yamaha F200 four-stroke outboards. It’s also unsinkable.
The boat’s all-new, double-wide helm provides great sightlines through the new ClearView Windshield. The dash, which features yacht-class styling, is big enough to accommodate a 16” Garmin screen, while the entire helm is sheltered by the sleek, integrated hardtop.
The starboard console holds a finished head compartment, while the port console offers spacious storage with many available options, including racks for wakeboards or dive tanks. Thanks to its standard dive door, the 262CX serves as a great platform for scuba diving, snorkeling, and other watersports.
The 262CX also features a redesigned bow seating area with comfortable amenities, including a double-wide, forward-facing lounge with built-in armrests. The forward storage boxes are insulated and have an efficient new design, including a remote latch system.
In its spacious cockpit, the 262CX showcases EdgeWater’s all-new, back-to-back Ultra Lounger, which incorporates an insulated fishbox and offers multiple seating positions. To starboard, the prep station features a standard insulated cooler, cutting board, stainless steel Sink and a pull-out cooler. Options include a grill, refrigerator and cabinet. Aft, there’s a transom-width fold-out seat, as well as a large transom bait well.
