Grady-White’s new Canyon 271 FS offers comfort and versatility with port and starboard bow seating atop a pair of 85-quart insulated, overboard-draining fishboxes. A casting platform insert option heightens the boat’s fishability.
The cushioned bow seats feature patent-pending, forward-facing bolstered and adjustable backrests that fold away to open the bow for fishing and other activities. The platform insert comes with cushions to create a sundeck and also serves as a table when paired with the available hardware package. Forward console seating with a built-in, 67-quart cooler beneath is also standard.
The 271’s raised helm features a side-access footrest and dedicated electronics area, as well as a scratch-resistant, wraparound acrylic windshield integrated with the standard T-top to create a protective enclosure that extends the boating season. Other notable features include a ventilated stand-up console with standard marine head and a deluxe leaning post with rigging station, freshwater sink and 47-gallon live well. A 198-quart insulated fishbox is located in the transom.
Rigged with a 300 Yamaha 4-stroke, the 271 offers a cruise of 30 mph at 3300 rpm with a 14.5 gph. Top end is 56.2 mph at 6000 rpm with a 51.9 gph.
