Boston police have named a new suspect in the case of a boating accident in Boston Harbor that severed the arm of a 19-year-old woman, according to an article on Boston.com.

On June 1, Boston OUI lawyer Benjamin Urbelis was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a boat and operating under the influence of alcohol. But on Wednesday, police named another suspect, Alexander Williams, and charged him with negligent operation of a boat, providing alcohol to minors and misleading investigators.
