Residents of Seabrook, New Hampshire can now place their boats in their driveways year-round as a newly passed citizen petition lifted a Seabrook Beach Village District ordinance against storing vessels on front lots, according to an article on SeacoastOnline.com.

The petition passed by a vote of 85-84 with a silent ballot vote at the Village District’s Annual Meeting recently. It was put forth by the son of Anthony Coletti, who was sued by the Seabrook Beach Village District’s building inspector in 2016 for refusing to move his boat from his driveway.
