Paddlers Find Body in Taunton River

SouthCoast Today: Taunton [MA] police said the body found in the Taunton River Saturday evening [May 20] appears to have been in the river for an extended period of time.

The body of a man, approximately 40 years old, was discovered by 2 people canoeing down the river in an area between Power Street and Duffy Dive at approximately 7:40 p.m.
