SouthCoastToday.com: Staff members of UMass Boston’s Urban Harbors Institute will be coming up with specific recommendations for the town of Dartmouth, MA, in the next steps for the Padanaram Harbor Management Plan.

A draft of the plan, set to be put on the town website, currently covers 14 topics including flooding and climate change, water quality, public access, recreational and commercial uses, commercial and recreational fishing and emergency response.
