Built on Scout’s NuV3 fuel-efficient hull design, the new 235XFS is a forward-seating center console that’s ready for open water, and can save you real bucks at the fuel pump. The new model features a level, full-access swim platform for safer access to and from the water, LED lighting (including rope lighting and underside hardtop lights), foldaway stern seat, aerated transom bait well, forward lounge seating with fish/storage box and overboard pump-out, powder-coated elite leaning post with cooler, and numerous rod and cup holders.

Scout’s performance numbers with a single Yamaha F300 show an optimum cruise of 31 mph at 3500 rpm (8.9 gph/3.48 mpg). Top end is 53.5 mph at 5900 rpm (26.4 gph fuel burn/2.03 mpg).
